Refund and Cancellation Policy

At  Speedfish Solutions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality construction project management services.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service agreement with us by providing written notice to your assigned project manager or by emailing speedfishsolutions@gmail.com.

For cancellations made before work has begun, no charges will be incurred, and any deposit paid will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

For cancellations made after work has begun, charges will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, including administrative costs, third-party fees, and labor expended to date.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after cancellation confirmation.

​

Deposits for completed or partially completed work are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service contract.

​

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
