Fullfillment Policy

Service Fulfillment

  • Service delivery timelines will be outlined in your project agreement.

  • All deliverables (reports, schedules, project updates, etc.) will be provided electronically via email, shared drive, or project management platform unless otherwise agreed.

  • On-site visits or inspections will be scheduled in advance and coordinated with the client.

Delays

  • If unexpected events outside our control (weather delays, contractor issues, permit delays, etc.) occur, we will notify you promptly and work to adjust the project timeline.
